How we count site activity
Società Agricola Montemezzano S.n.c. uses internal, aggregated counts to understand which parts of the Italian and English sites are used. These numbers describe actions, not unique people or completed bookings.
What we count
Daily totals for the site language: site openings, room, farmhouse and offer page views, clicks on availability, WhatsApp, phone and email links, and contact form submissions accepted by the email service. Repeated actions are counted again; we cannot tell whether a phone call, message or booking was completed.
A site opening is a page load arriving from outside the site, for example from a search engine, a social network, a link or a typed address. Navigation between pages of the site, reloads and the back and forward buttons are not counted, based on the information provided by the browser; if the browser does not provide it, the opening is not counted. Your browser checks where the visit comes from; that information is not sent to or stored in these statistics. Openings are not unique people: someone who comes back is counted again.
Data and retention
The statistics table stores only site language, day in Europe/Rome, action category and total. The collector does not store form contents, IP addresses, browser details, full page URLs, cookies or visitor identifiers in that table. The 7 and 30 day reports use up to 90 days of daily totals. Expired totals are removed on the next collection or report request, so they may remain longer if there is no traffic or admin consultation. The hosting provider may keep separate technical access logs; those are not part of these statistics.
